Kick Ball

Went out to the park, and kicked the rugby ball around with Rick. The goal was to test my body to see how I feel sprinting at full pace. Felt pretty bad off the bat, but I became quicker and more focussed as the minutes wore on.

Attempted Muscle-Ups 5 more times today.
I realized while watching my video that I wasn't snapping my head with the momentum of my Muscle-Up. I was killing my momentum at the top of my muscle-up by either hanging my head back in the movement or snapping my head too early. My subsequent attempts at muscle-ups after figure this our were substantially better. Today, I brought myself all the way to the top only to have my wrists give out from a bad transfer. Soon... soon
