Results:
Time: 12min 14sec for me, 13min 30sec for Marty
Marty came by and did this workout with me. The times are a bit skewed because we each had to wait for the other one to finishing rowing at the end of each set. Not only does the pause take down the intensity, but it raises our times drastically. Good workout, but a bit easy.
