First I should mention that I didn't hit my target avg wattage of 355 (hit only 348) in my 8th and final found of the tabata rows.
I finished 30seconds slower than I projected, but this was the first time trying this workout. Still, I think 2min a round is a totally obtainable goal. The workout was challenging, and as expected--explosive. I will definitely add this workout to the list of 'Girls' to guage my fitness progression.
