Muscle-Ups

I woke up this morning to an awful pain across the entire length of my iliopsoas & pectineus. The combination of Rugby and rowing has fatigued me so much that I couldn't complete one OHS without a struggle. Without the movement of hip flexion, the only exercises I could properly perform were Pull-ups, Dips & Muscle-ups.

WOD for April 30th
Max reps of Muscle-Ups

Rest: JS 2-3 min / RM 1-2 min

results:
John - 4 Muscle-ups
Rick - 21 Muscle-ups

comments:
As of three weeks ago Rick couldn't complete more than four muscle-ups in a 24 hour period. Witnessing 21 reps was remarkable.
