15lb Rugby Ball

I made my own 15lb Ball. All it took was an old Mitre Rugby Ball, Sand, Rubber Repair kit & a Funnel. Total time to make was about 45 min. The process would have been a lot quicker had it not been for the 3 holes in the ball that needed to be repaired.

comments: Holy shit this was hard.
I tried implementing the 'Rowing kick' with the 500m Rows. My first set of 500m I could really feel the difference using the kick, and my time proved it with a PR 1:40 500m.
After seeing that row time I was mental stoked as I continued through the workout. I believe without that boost I would have been dragging myself through this treacherous workout, and arriving at a much poorer time.
