My rowing speeds are increasing drastically. Even as little as two months ago, I was struggling to reach these times. Also, I reached 10 in my first set of pull-ups, a new PR.

I predict tonight's practice will consist of a lot of teamwork and timing drills. Usually after those types of practices I would like to slip in a weightlifting workout, but with the Sabres on at 8pm I highly doubt I will be doing anything outside of vegging in front of the TV.
