Sore

I did my regular warmup today in the gym--complete with burgner warmup. After I finished I still felt tight and sore. I continued stretching and warming up, but decided to have a lighter workout then I planned today.

10 x 45lb Snatch
20 x GHD Situps
10 x Pushups

4 Rounds

After I concluded the 4th round I was completely spent.
